Membership Terms
- One redemption equals one regular-priced menu item — no add-ons, no modifiers, no substitutions.
- Redemptions are valid during normal business hours only.
- Every member receives an individual redemption code in the member portal; use it when placing your order.
- Membership benefits reset monthly and do not roll over.
- Benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the active member.
- Membership renews automatically on your monthly anniversary date and is charged to your card on file.
- You must cancel at least 5 days before your anniversary date, or you will be charged for the coming month.
- Cancelled or voided items are handled through our normal store procedures.
- In-store staff do not manage Demi Pass. For any membership question, email info@deminolablends.com.
